Steven was born and raised in Wisconsin, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Tourism and Business from UW-Stout. It was also in Wisconsin that his strong work ethic and focus on hospitality were formed.
Steven moved to Colorado in 2007 and found his love for the mountains in Summit County. He has been involved in the local community ever since. He prides himself on his ability to help others, and on forming strong relationships throughout the county.
In addition to dedicating himself to his career goals and ambitions, Steven is a very active, enthusiastic outdoorsman. In the winter season you will find him with his good friends on their snowmobiles, skiing in the backcountry, or adventuring with his dog throughout Summit County. The summer season offers even more for the boys to do, including hiking, disc golfing, fly-fishing, and river adventures. Most of Steven’s time outdoors in the summer is spent preparing for one thing – the aims he’s set for the upcoming fall elk archery season. His dedication to the sport of archery hunting and the preservation of wildlife also led to his involvement with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Though dedicated to his own objectives, Steven always finds time to give back to the communities here in Summit County and in the Denver Metro Area.
The relationships Steven has formed over his decade in Summit County have allowed him to be successful in reaching his personal and professional goals, while still helping others achieve theirs. His Midwestern work ethic and strong moral principles set him apart from your average mountain man, and that truly shows in his day-to-day work and enthusiasm for life.
