Background:
Lisa Bennison Noll has deep Breckenridge roots. On a 1972 high school ski trip, Lisa decided that one day Breckenridge would be her home. It took 20+ years to realize that dream, but in 1993 Lisa, and her husband Thad, finally became full-time Summit County residents.
Since moving to Summit County, Lisa has had quite an education. She has been a Senior Property Manager with Vail Resorts, Director of Hotel Operations at Keystone, and General Manager of the Keystone Lodge on the resort management side and a Branch and Managing Broker with Slifer, Smith & Frampton Real Estate on the real estate management side. Currently, Lisa is a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Properties of the Summit on Main Street in Breckenridge.
“It is exciting to be a broker again focused on running my own business. It gives me the ability to focus strictly on my clients and their needs and be the kind of ethical and thoughtful broker that I have always trained and encouraged others to be. Working with clients, buyers and sellers, is what I find most rewarding. RE/MAX has given me the tools to be the best at what I do and I expect nothing less for my clients.”
Lisa’s pre-Summit County life gave her all the skills necessary to succeed in her career aspirations. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado, a member of the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Law Practice Section and former Director of Marketing for the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Lisa has degrees from University of Kansas School of Law, Cameron University (BBA Business) and Endicott College (AAS Graphic Design).
A true member of the community, Lisa is a commissioner on the Breckenridge Public Art Commission and was recently appointed by Governor Bill Ritter to another term on the Department of Higher Education’s Private Occupational School Board. She often provides pro bono legal work for members of the community who could not otherwise afford representation.
“I love living in Breckenridge: the mountains, the people and the sense of community. I understand why my clients want to reside in such a place. There are not too many places like this in the world.”
