Background:
From the East Coast originally, I knew I wanted to see more of the country. Texas and a degree from Southern Methodist University opened more doors to the west and Colorado mountain towns. A winter in Aspen hooked me on what Colorado has to offer; Frisco hooked me for good in 1992.
While still serving Fajitas and Margaritas, I bought my first rental property and started my love affair with Summit County Real Estate. My personal passion for buying great real estate is what sets me apart from the crowd. This passion has fueled my education about the many aspects of Summit County property. Buying and selling my own Summit County property as an investor, long before becoming a licensed broker has given me a unique understanding of your needs, as a buyer or when it's time to sell your home.
