So, how’s the Summit County real estate market? First of all you can view that answer by going to the following links – Residential Sold and Condominium Sold information and the Single Family Home group of information for the same time period, Jan – May 31st for each year that is in the comparison (All of them contain multiple pages).
Not all the individual towns are in each comparison yet and as we progress through the year and we add more sales per town we will be able to do individual town statistic pages as their sale numbers increase (I’ll keep you updated). Also, keep in mind the number of sales to do a good comparison may be low this year or/and the previous few years. Keep that same thought or “grain of salt” as you look at the first page for Summit County and each town’s average sold price and plus or minus from last year’s sold price as well as their peak.
Oh, it is also on Facebook too. To a recap, click any to view their stat group, Condominium, Residential and Single Family Home.
PS: Downloading the reports. All of the statistic reports done this year are online at “View all of 2011 Statistics, Charts, Graphs” all the time for you and or your customers to view, email or download.
To download a PDF, simply click the link for the report and when the page opens up in your browser click the “Powered by Issuu” button on the bottom right. You will be redirected to a main view of all the PDF’s and Graphs (which is the same as clicking “View all of 2011 Statistics, Charts, Graphs”. Simply click on the report you wish to download, scroll down and click on the download box (a box with a down arrow in it).
