Fall in Summit County
Summit County is the outdoor enthusiast's dream come true. Whether you are taking advantage of the four world-class ski resorts, the five championship golf courses, Lake Dillon or the thousands of acres of the White River National Forest, there is plenty to keep you going year round.

The county is located in the mountains 60 miles West of Denver, Colorado and is comprised of several small towns rich in Colorado history and full of activities for kids of all ages. There are many different neighborhoods that take advantage of each area's geography and location. The prices for these neighborhoods vary and there are options in price and size of units for just about everyone to take advantage of.

Each town in Summit County has its own unique character and charm. Breckenridge and Frisco find their roots back to Colorado's mining days in the late 1800's. The entire town of Dillon was actually relocated when the reservoir was constructed in the late 1960's. Each little town offers a different aspect of life in the high country and there is a special place just for you, in Summit County. Any one of our 85+ experienced and knowledgeable associates can help with all of your Summit County real estate needs.

The real estate market in Summit County has shown a lot of future potential in the last few years. As time goes on it is becoming more and more popular for people in Denver and the front range to own a weekend get-a-way to avoid traffic traveling back to the city after skiing. It is also becoming a favorite destination for families and retirees across the country.
