Frisco Marina

The Frisco Lakepoint area is unique in that it borders the Denver Water Board property surrounding Lake Dillon, thus protecting the lake and mountain views many of these properties have.

Most of the units in this area are condominiums, townhomes or duplexes. The properties in the lake point area are very popular rentals because of the location. A quick walk across Summit Boulevard brings you to the core shopping center with the local grocery store, department store, banks, restaurants and more. The county wide bike path also loops through this area making it very easy to get to the surrounding towns via bicycle, walking or roller blading (in the summer months) or cross country skiis and snowshoes in the winter time.

Imagine watching the Alpin Glow on the mountains while watching the finishes of a summer sailboat regatta. Or a snow storm as it moves across the lake toward the divide on it's way east.
