Peak 7 is in the middle of a huge renovation and expansion by Vail Resorts. A new gondola and village area is planned for the base of Peak 7. This will help property values in the Peak 7 area, and increase Vail's potential to serve even more skier's needs during their at the resort whether they are just visiting or local residents.
